Scope of Work: Our consulting firm was engaged by a family owned restaurant out in Westlake Village, CA  We were tasked with reviewing financial performance over the last year and finding new innovative ways to increase top line revenue, and profits. After reviewing P&L from last 8 months we found several flawed areas in which the restaurant was loosing money. By focusing on, labor cost control through slower period, control expenses with ordering of food and COGS, and upping the usage of salaried managers from 42 hours a week to 50 hours a week, the restaurant was able to increase top line revenue and profits by 22%. Average check rose by $3.45 and overall guest satisification skyrocketed with yelp, opentable and google reviews showing an increase in 4-5 star reviews by 25%.
